About Sanobar

Hello, beautiful mum-to-be

I'm a mum of two, a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and a breathwork practitioner. My first pregnancy, during Covid, was stressful. With my second, I used my breath to guide me through pregnancy, birth and postpartum, and the difference was profound.

That's when I knew: other mums need this. So I wrote the guide I wish I'd had the first time around.

"Wellness is not something we do. It is cultivated through the way we live."

Your breath has been with you all along.
